Our services include in-person sessions, document preparation, and follow-up correspondence. We do not provide cryptocurrency trading, investment management, wallet recovery, legal advice, or tax preparation.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, templates, layout, and branding — is owned by Toolkitheatherpath Co., Ltd. Planning record templates produced during consultations are licensed to the client household for personal use. Templates may not be reproduced for commercial distribution without written permission.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of information provided during consultations. Clients must not request that consultants view, copy, or store actual seed phrases. Clients are responsible for securing completed records after delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

Toolkitheatherpath Co., Ltd. is not liable for loss of cryptocurrency assets, loss of access to wallets, or damages arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client. Our liability for any claim arising from consultation services is limited to the fee paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not guarantee that continuity records will prevent asset loss, ensure successful succession, or satisfy legal requirements in all jurisdictions. Records are planning tools, not legal instruments.

7. Appointment Terms

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment forfeit any deposit paid. See our Refund Policy for complete cancellation terms.

You may not use this website for unlawful purposes, to transmit malicious code, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems. Information on this website is provided for general reference about our consultation services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Incheon, South Korea.
