Executor Briefing

Purpose

Naming a successor on paper differs from walking them through what the Location Index means. This briefing introduces your designated person to the document structure, explains condition triggers, and rehearses the step-by-step access sequence — all while the primary holder remains present and in control.

What the Successor Learns

  • How to read the Location Index without seeing seed content
  • Which envelopes or containers correspond to which wallet labels
  • The order of steps to follow when a trigger condition is met
  • Who to contact for legal or technical assistance after access

Requirements

A completed Household Location Index must exist before booking. Both the primary holder and the designated successor attend together. We do not conduct executor briefings without the account holder’s explicit presence and consent.

Limitations

This briefing educates on document navigation. It does not authorize the successor to access storage locations during the session, and it does not replace legal estate planning.
